Jori Chisholm
Jori Chisholm is one of the world's most active bagpipers and teachers and one of the piping world's leading innovators. Jori founded BagpipeLessons.com with the vision to help anyone fulfill their dream to become a piper — regardless of their previous experience or where they live in the world. Jori has won top competitions around the world as a soloist and band member, including the United States Gold Medal (four times) and the World Pipe Band Championships in Scotland.
Keith Paton
Keith Paton is a world-class piper and experienced educator. Keith was a member of the six-time World Champion Simon Fraser University pipe band. Keith grew up in Kansas City and played with the Kansas City St. Andrew Pipe Band. He moved to Seattle in 1994 and has been active in the piping community as an active instructor, competitor, and adjudicator with the B.C. Pipers Association. He has taught at numerous piping schools including Piping Hot, Highland Musical Arts, and the Fairbanks Summer Arts Festival. Keith has taught privately and coached pipe bands for over 30 years.
Keith is an educator by profession. He has a master’s degree in Education with an emphasis in Exercise Physiology and has taught health education for over 30 years. Currently he is a tenured faculty member at Highline College. Much of his “spare time” over the years has been devoted to his serious hobby; playing and teaching bagpipes.
